Fan Art Contest Rules
Contest Period
The contest runs from Monday 9th June 2025 at 13:00 UTC to Monday 16th June 2025 at 13:00 UTC. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
How to Enter
Submit your original Modulus-inspired fan art through one of the following methods:
- By posting in the #fan-art channel on the Modulus Discord.
- By replying to official contest posts on social media, using the hashtag #ModulusFanArt.
- By uploading to the Steam Community Hub with the words Fan Art Contest in the title.
- By emailing your entry to fanart@happyvolcano.com.
Accepted Formats
All creative formats are welcome, whether it’s digital or traditional illustration, pixel art, sculpture, embroidery, 3D modeling, voxel builds, or even poetry. The sky’s the limit, as long as it’s original and Modulus-inspired.
Exclusions
- AI-generated art will not be accepted.
- Work that violates community standards or contains offensive content will be disqualified.
Eligibility
Participants must be aged 16 or older at the time of entry. Only one prize will be awarded per person. Employees or collaborators of Happy Volcano are not eligible to win.
Regional Restrictions:
Unfortunately, due to international regulations and shipping limitations, physical prizes cannot be sent to the following regions:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, or the Crimea region of Ukraine.
Additional exclusions may apply based on shipping constraints.
Residents of these regions may still participate in the contest and be featured on official channels, but physical prizes cannot be awarded.
Please note that local tariffs/customs charges may apply.
Prize
The winner will receive an exclusive Modulus hoodie featuring the fan-voted design. No cash alternative will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Selection Process
Winners will be selected by the Happy Volcano team based on creativity, originality, and execution. The winner will be contacted via the platform on which they submitted their entry and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
Rights & Permissions
By entering, you grant Happy Volcano the non-exclusive right to share your submission (with credit) across its digital channels for promotional purposes.
